If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible for an exchange, credit, or refund. Please take note of the following information in order to understand the return policy that applies to each item included in your purchase.
The following items may be eligible for a return under certain conditions :

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR A RETURN
- To be eligible for a return, the item must not have been worn or washed; it must be in the same condition as when you received it and be in its original packaging.
- If the item meets this first condition, please contact me within 14 days of receiving your order with details of the situation so that I may assess your request (see form below).
- This request must be approved before proceeding with the return. Please wait while I confirm the eligibility of your item(s), I usually respond within 24 to 48 hours.
- After evaluating your request, if all the above conditions seem to have been met, I will send you the rest of the steps to follow to return the item(s).
- Return shipping costs, as well as customs fees (if applicable), will be at your expense or deducted from the total value of the refund or credit granted.
